Your order is typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. The average delivery time within Germany is approximately 4 to 6 business days.
My order hasn't arrived yet – what can I do?
Your order should normally arrive within the stated delivery timeframe. However, should there be an exceptional delay and you have not received your delivery three working days after the deadline, please contact us by email at: info@nordicdecor.de

Part of my order is missing – why is that?
In some cases, orders are shipped in multiple packages due to different warehouse locations or shipping weights. Therefore, you may receive your items on different days. Don't worry – missing products usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days after the first package.
What should I do if my package arrived damaged?
In rare cases, a package may be damaged during transport. We are very sorry about this. If this happens, please contact our customer service immediately at info@nordicdecor.de and attach photos of the damage.
Important: Please do not return the goods without contacting us first. This is the only way we can properly assess the situation and offer you a suitable solution. Our team responds quickly and ensures a smooth process.
